We may contact the recipient when necessary to confirm the location or complete delivery. If the order is a surprise, mention this during checkout and we will communicate as discreetly as reasonably possible.
Yes. Add your message during checkout and we will include it on a JC Flowers message card. Please review names and spelling before submitting the order.
Each arrangement is handcrafted using natural flowers, so minor differences in colour, size, shape and positioning are expected. We will preserve the overall style, palette, quality and value of the selected design.
We will try to contact the recipient or sender. With permission, the flowers may be left with reception, security, a colleague, neighbour or another authorised person. If delivery cannot be completed, redelivery may be arranged at an additional charge.
Orders cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery are eligible for a full refund. Orders cancelled within 24 hours are not normally refundable because sourcing and preparation may already have begun. Bespoke, corporate and event orders follow the cancellation terms in their quotation.
Fresh flowers are perishable and cannot normally be returned because of a change of mind. Replacement or refund requests are considered for damaged, incorrect or materially defective orders reported within 24 hours.
Follow the JC Flowers care card included with your order. Keep flowers in a cool location away from direct sunlight, heat, fruit and strong air-conditioning, and refresh the water as instructed.

Most eligible orders can be prepared and delivered within approximately three hours. The timing depends on product availability, the arrangement selected, delivery location, traffic, building access and order volume. Contact us before ordering if timing is critical.
Standard delivery costs AED 35 for orders below AED 299. Standard delivery is complimentary for orders of AED 299 or more. Any special-service charge will be displayed at checkout.
Provide the recipient’s full name, mobile number, complete address, building or villa number, community, nearby landmark and any reception or access instructions.
Yes. Leave the sender’s name out of the card message and mention the request in the special-instructions field. Purchaser information will still be retained internally for payment, security and order management.
Selected products offer colour choices. For other customisation, bespoke arrangements, corporate orders or event flowers, contact us before ordering. Requests are subject to availability, preparation time and budget.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with an alternative of equal or greater quality and value. We will preserve the intended colour palette and overall design wherever possible, and attempt to contact you if a significant change is required.
Contact us immediately. Changes are subject to the preparation status of the order. Once flowers have been sourced or preparation has begun, a change may not be possible or may involve an additional charge.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take approximately five to seven business days to appear, depending on the payment provider or bank.
Contact JC Flowers within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. After review, an appropriate resolution may include replacement, refund or store credit.

Please enquire as early as possible. Lead time depends on the scale, flower requirements and season. Large or highly customised orders may require advance sourcing and a confirmed deposit.
